Ellen Flynn, RN, MBA, JD – Vice President, RQS Consulting Services and
Executive Director, Clarity PSO, A Division of Clarity Group, Inc.

 

Ellen is a specialist in the areas of patient safety and healthcare quality. Prior to joining Clarity Group, she served as Director of Clinical Transformation and Patient Safety at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and Director of Quality and Accreditation Programs at the University HealthSystem Consortium. Ellen brings deep experience in the development and implementation of patient safety initiatives and resources alongside her clinical and consultative skills. She has served both community hospitals and academic medical centers. Ellen received her BSN from Loyola University, her MBA, Management Information Systems from DePaul University and her Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law in Chicago, IL. She is a member of the Illinois Bar and a frequent presenter on topics related to risk, quality and safety in the healthcare environment.
