Clarity PSO is a component PSO and independent operating division of Clarity Group, Inc., one of the nation's leading healthcare professional liability risk management organizations. We listed as P0015 with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) on November 18, 2008, and have been relisted for the third consecutive three-year term through November 2020.

Tom Piotrowski, RN, MSN, CSSGB - Executive Director, Clarity PSO

Tom is a healthcare professional with more than 15 years of experience in clinical areas and healthcare operations in academic medical centers and community-based settings. He has led a wide array of initiatives including patient safety and error reporting, EHR implementation, and quality improvement projects. Tom has held clinical manager positions in Neurosciences and Orthopedics at several Chicagoland facilities including Loyola University Medical Center and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He received his BSN and MSN from Loyola University in Chicago where his graduate work concentrated on Clinical Informatics. In addition, he has attained his certification in Six Sigma Green Belt through the American Society of Quality.

Anna Marie Hajek - President & CEO, Clarity Group, Inc.

Anna is a senior executive with 35 years professional experience within the healthcare and insurance industries. Prior to co-founding Clarity Group, Inc., she was President of the Healthcare Risk Services Group (HRSG) and Executive Vice President of MMI Companies, Inc. (MMI). From 1985 until MMI was sold to The St. Paul Companies in 2000, Anna established and led the Healthcare Risk Management efforts of MMI that focused on engineering medical risk exposure through education, consultation and clinical data benchmarking services. Prior to joining MMI, she worked in hospital and academic settings. Anna is a certified Medical Technologist and holds a Master's Degree in Health Professions Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Certificate in E-Business from Lewis University, Graduate School of Management.
