Clarity Group is proud to celebrate Patient Safety Awareness Week 2026, March 8–14, alongside the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI).

This year's theme, "Team Up for Patient Safety," was a timely reminder that safer care is never the work of one person or one department.

Safer Care Is a Team Effort

Safer care comes from strong collaboration and open communication between care teams, patients, and families. When clinicians share information clearly, when patients and families are invited to speak up, and when every voice is treated as part of the safety process, risks are recognized sooner and care improves for everyone.
