These forms, created with CDC recommendations and expertise from our clinical Clarity PSO team, help appropriately track COVID-19 suspected and confirmed cases, with additional opportunities for later follow up and analysis. Our new Resource Burn Rate form is another example of us responding to a client need amidst this pandemic.
