Smarter, Safer Care
Wherever Patients Are

Whether you are looking for education on a specific subject, need an in-depth analysis of your current practices, or would like a custom webinar created and presented to your organization, our experts specialize in creating tailored programs to meet all of our clients' RQS needs.

For the past few years, Clarity's RQS team has developed and operated a custom program working with the state of North Dakota Center for Rural Health and 19 of the state's Critical Access Hospitals. As part of the program Heather holds bi-monthly meetings to discuss initiatives and resource development based on the group's goals and Clarity's recommendations. Past initiatives have included:

  • Revision of medication error incident reporting questions to narrow down process issues
  • Establishment of a Workplace Violence incident reporting form
  • An in-person presentation on Behavioral Health

Clarity's RQS team regularly hosts sessions that create opportunities for providers to share best practices and engage in a variety of activities. Past sessions have included:

  • A presentation covering the risks associated with the growth of ambulatory care and telehealth
  • A presentation on Cybersecurity, where attendees participated in simulation exercises and took on the identities of their adversaries

We're very proud of our latest custom suite of services geared specifically to ambulatory settings. Clarity ASI™ is a powerful, packaged solution that helps you gain insights into your delivery of care and find ways to improve it.
